Choose the type of assistance you need
We tailor the help we provide depending on your needs. In general, we offer:
- Scheduled observation and walk-through visit. You can ask one of our representatives to visit your program when you’re open. We can talk to you and your staff and answer questions. We’ll also flag any issues that might come up during an inspection.
- Resource support. One of our representatives will meet with you at your program for about 2 hours. We’ll provide you with tools, resources, and information to help you meet regulations. We’ll discuss using the OEC website, notifying us about changes to your program, what to expect during an inspection, and more.
- General forum support. A representative can hold an open forum for 10 or more people. We’ll provide an overview of licensing, investigations, and enforcement. We also leave time for questions and an open discussion.
- Conference workshop. We can also hold workshops at association-sponsored conferences.
- Regulatory workshops. If you have questions about a specific regulatory area, one of our representatives can hold a workshop. We ask that at least 10 people attend. We also recommend submitting questions beforehand, so we know what you’d like to focus on.
- Other support. Depending on your needs, we can meet at your site or in our office. We can provide hands-on help filling out forms or reviewing your program policies and procedures.
